Likely 2, but since you haven't said when the car was built there is no way to know. odb 2 began in 1996, with late 95 models equipped.

Your 1995 SC300 will have a round OBD1 type port just under the dash close to where your left knee will be if sitting in the driver's seat. The second OBD1 data port will be under the hood on top of the intake manifold. It will be labeled "DIAGNOSIS". The same electrical connections exist in both locations even though the housings look different.

1996+ SC's will have an OBD2 connector which looks like or is the same as the modern type found in today's cars, though O.L.T. is right that some late 1995 cars, likely CA-Emission models, also may have received the OBD2 connector but I've never seen that myself to confirm and I'm only aware of OBD1 variants for all 1995 SC300 ECUs.

What I am 100% sure of is the unique-to-California-models emissions differences for 1995 OBD1 SC300's, the features of which showed up a year early on those models before full OBD2 was applied to ALL SC300's for model year 1996. Namely these would be the two front four-wire heated O2 sensors, possibly different fuel injectors and a different fuel injection rail and of course the 3rd O2 sensor on the #2 catalytic convertor being on all 92-95 CA Emission SC300's before it became a standard thing on Federal and CA models for MY1996. Also If I am correct the crank sensor on the oil pump that goes along with full OBD2 in these cars also did not show up until MY1996 for Federal and CA (all 50 states). This all is what makes 1995 CA-Emission SC300's somewhat unique as being a sort of "OBD1.5" without actually being true OBD2. This was due to some standards California wanted kicking in a year before the same standards plus a few more were to kick in for 1996 with the 50-state Federal OBD2 standards.

If you are trying to get CEL codes from your 1995 OBD1 port you have to use the old fashioned paperclip method because an OBD2 scanner is not compatible:

1) Bend a paperclip so as to jumper two electrical sockets in the OBD1 connector

2) With the paperclip, jumper pins TE1 and E1

3) Turn the ignition key to ON but do not start.

4) Look on the instrument cluster. The Check Engine Light will flash in particular sequence. It will repeat full circle if you miss the beginning of the sequence. Count the number of initial flash or series of flashes and remember that number, there will be a pause and then another flash or series of flashes so remember that number. Write both down. That will be your first code. Now there will be a longer pause and you will see the same type of sequences if there is a second, third, or more CEL codes. When all the codes are flashed there will be a much longer pause and then the entire sequence starts over again until you turn the ignition off and remove the paperclip.

Follow this chart to decipher each of the two-digit CEL codes you have confirmed for sure you have. Make sure you counted the flashes for each code correctly.
