Question Power steering leak location?

In case you've seen my other thread asking about getting rid of my SC400 for a new car, I've calculated the cost to fix up my car and it is significantly cheaper to do. One of the biggest issues I've had for a long time is my power steering leak. It's not the pump, and I already fixed the power steering fluid reservoir to steering pump hose. I bought some fluorescent leak dye and a blacklight and found the general area I think. I've attached a photo of where it is. I was wondering what this could be? Is it the high pressure hose? This is on the driver's side near the wheel. I shined the light on the front of the engine but did not see any fluorescent dye there. I'm wondering if the leak is coming from above this, but what could that be?

EDIT: I've looked online and it looks to be the steering rack? If it is should I just buy a seal kit? Or replace the whole thing?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

And that isn't the ps fluid just pouring out that's just a drip, but all of that pooled there dripped within minutes of turning my car on.

Yep, that's the rack. They're not terribly expensive so it might be hard to find a shop to rebuild yours cheaper than you can buy one.
