Default problems building boost

Hey all kinda new here i have a 92 SC300 NA-T borg warner S362, TT headgasket and ARP studs, AEM V2 EMS with MAP and electric boost controller. Tial 44mm external wastegate, turbosmart bov, walbro 455 lph pump and 750cc injectors, HKS intercooler. Car ran fine all weekend so focused on repairing my AC and wipers. well today i went on a long drive when i attempted to hit full boost on the highway the car fell on its face and heard the bov go off. I thought it was boost creep and i have lean protection in the AEM. So i tried it again a few hours later with no luck the car will not go into full boost. I hear nothing from the wastegate i checked my AFR on my wideband prior to the car losing power and it was at 11.5:1 then went lean when the power was cut. im gonna check more things tomorrow while the car is parked at home any obvious things i should check? Thanks

Forgot to mention for ignition i am using IS300 coilpacks and igniter. Im making just around 400 rwhp at 12 psi. I will check plugs today i have a feeling it may be a ignition issue. I tried to rev in neutral and it would not go over 4k rpm. Its like it hit a rev limiter. Also picked up a set of NGK 2667 iridium spark plugs last night.
