Unhappy Waterpump leaking, Not from the gasket. Need Help 1UZFE

So my poor baby decided to overheat and go into limp mode a month ago (1 week after I changed my radiator due to cracking) But I took it as a blessing to do some work on her.

Problem: Ive replaced my waterpump gasket with high temp goo, and its still leaking but not from around the pump its coming from in the cap(in the picture) How can I fix this, and can I do it without taking the pump off this is the 4th time ive had to take everything apart because the first time I used a gasket to later find the older models used RTV https://imgur.com/zuPsj2N

I read that it was unnecessary, the pump was in fine condition.

Water pump buddy....my dad's 1UZ just had this exact problem. It's quite the job to get to the leak as is, why wouldn't you replace the $150 water pump? The time and effort to reach it and re-caulk alone should justify the water pump replacement.
