Angry Lexus SC300 not starting after replacing fuel pump

Hey guys,

About a couple of months ago, my 95 sc300 would not start. Its been sitting outside for a while without being started (around 4 months) It would crank but never turn over. After poking around, I decided that it would be best to give her a fuel pump replacement. Right after I got the fuel pump, I put it on and it started fine. After a while I noticed that when it idles at around 700 rpm and gets lower and lower. I would have to give it some gas for it to idle properly again. After that, the car just would not start anymore. The same problem occured where the car would crank but it would not start. Any ideas as to what it could be?

jumper on +b and FP terminals in diagnostic port under hood and see if the car starts... if it does, pull the jumper off and see if it dies.

very easy to get to and bypass. My only piece of advice would be to be gentle with the clips that hold the seatbelt holder in place as well as the clips around the panel. aside from that its a piece of cake to replace or jump!
