Default SC400 Info Needed...

Evening Everyone, I'm in the process of swapping a 99 Drive train and pretty much everything else into my 92 and Here are a few road blocks I've run into
1. Removing 92 ignition cylinder
So as I've read in other forum threads, the key here would be to push in the gold pin on top of the cylinder while the key is in the accessory potion, for some reason that is not working at all and I'd love some input
Like where exactly I'm supposed to pull

Top of the ignition barrel
Pin that needs to pushed in

2.Secondly, Does anyone know if the axles, drive shaft are different from a 92 to a 99 car? The donor car I have for parts has bad passenger axle and possibly a bad diff but I wouldn't know for sure until I installed it to see if it made noise.

3. Lastly, Does anyone how a 3.92 would behave with the 99 transmission and ECU? Because the 99 was changed to a 3.26, but the one I have might not be in good shape...
