As someone that has been around the game a how will car be driven what's desire to get to "750". I'm personally more about powerband now than peak power at this point. Transmission will be a big factor as kitabel pointed out above. 750 is attainable on stock bottom end so that's one less thing to worry about.

I Know some one has put more than 400 down with their original 2jzge engine. I'm at 400 on 15 psi with only about 4000 into my 5 speed sc300 including purchase price.

xs power turbo kit, 2.5 inch piping, TT head gasket and arp head bolts, TT ecu mod with jdm ecu, upgraded stage 4 clutchmasters clutch. I'm sure i could put some e85 and a stand alone to acheive 500 whp. Although to be safe i'd put a r154 as well. A lsd is on the list but at 1000 for a supra one and 700-1000 for aftermarket It's a good chunk

But like what was said above, You could acheive that out of the stock engine but at 750 your going to want new pistons and rings and i'm sure an upgraded valve train, aftermarket ecu, aftermarket fuel setup, probably v160 but maybe you could get away with the r154. LSD and a custom drive shaft probably want aftermarket coilovers and new bushing all around at least to attempt to control 750 rwhp

As far as cost. Your best bet is to try and find one already modified close to what you want but if you want to build it from scratch your self. I'd say 15k minimum for reliable and fun 750hp. And 25k if your going to have a shop build the car for you
