Default SC300 ECU to Test

Hey guys,

I'm trying to troubleshoot my car and I am at a point where I think I should try a different ECU. The car cranks but will not start. I would like to rule out the ECU next... Problem is that I don't have one to test with.

Question: Is there anyone in the DC area that wouldn't mind letting me borrow a spare ECU to test in my car?

Thanks in advance.

Pulled the instrument cluster today to check the check engine light bulb. It is not blown, but It will not turn on when the key is turned to on. All other lights come on just fine.

Thoughts?

I would check to see if you have a blown fuse if you haven't already, check the main power fuse in the engine bay. If I remember right the blue/ gray wire sends engine light signal to dash from engine harness . So if you're not getting the signal you're probably right with the bad ecu gl
