Default Sc400 squealing

So i started my car this morning (92 sc400) and im taking into consideration that the area i live in has really cold temperatures in the morning so that could be a factor but it squeals right where the serpantine belt wraps around all the pulleys. It sounds like metal grinding together and gets worse when driving around 30mph. I know for a fact its not my belts they were replaced less than 5,000 miles ago. Has anyone else had this issue? Its more than likely something simple but im not sure.

spray a little water on the belt from a little squirt bottle where you think the noise is. if the noise goes away its your pulley alignment. If the noise gets louder its your belt or tensioner

Try in different spots and see what pulley in particular makes the most noise or gets the noise to go away

Get a stethoscope and start poking around down there and see if you can pinpoint the location of the noise. It sounds like you have bearings going out. You can also take the belt off and spin the pulleys by hand to check them out. Try the tensioner pulley first. It's usually the first to go. Easy cheap (usually) fix.
