Thumbs up

Nice Lex, glad to read you're fulfilling a dream. But remember, even though the Lex is reliable and will be there for the long haul, it doesn’t love you back. At least mine doesn’t.

2003 seems to be the year of the Matrix and turob’ed SC’s.

Best of luck with the lady. I know the car will turn out well. I guess I'm fortunate in that my woman likes the cars almost as much as i do.

Congrats Jon!! Definitely keep us up to date with the process.

I didn't know that the SP/HKS header would be able to fit a 4" inlet. Unless Lar make adjustments to the header design, the most it would fit was a 3" inlet turbo.

Way to be brave Lex. Just tell her that a turbo only costs $200 and give her 1/10th the true cost on everything

When I had the 63 on my car is was the 3", but it would fit a 4" without the distributor in the way. Aren't the vvti motors distributorless from the factory? If so it would fit no problem.

Congrats Jon, have fun with it... If I am lucky some day I can have fun with mine too!

Ethan, that's terrible news, hope you have it back together soon, you've been so patient. And yes, distributorless, so the 4" inlet works bueno. Clint, maybe now I can have a catchy handle, like AXLEEXPLODER, oh wait, someone took that one... ....Sammy and Ed, it is ON, the NA-T trifecta on L.I., plan on hitting car night @ Nathans and Bellmore this summer, we'll be able to beat up on some musclecar guys. Keith, if you'd like, I can throw up some pics of parts as they arrive, but only a few things are installed so far, I work many hours as i'm sure alot of you do. Calipers, rotors, lines, and pads arrived today, plus my tyres, Mackin assures me i'll be able to fit 285-35-18's in the back with this fitment with no trimming or rolling, so that's what I got. awj, yes you're fortunate for sure.
