I recently bought this car for my son and notice a gas smell as I was inspecting the trunk for any visible gas leak came across a cut wiring plug green wire and white/black stripe on oneside and blue/black stripe and white on the other side of the plug and see where the green and white/black stripe wires are but cannot find the others not sure what they're for but someone twisted the green wires together and the white/black and crimp it to individual wires and traced them to the drivers side fuse box tried looking for a wiring diagram for this vehicle but no success if someone could help me identify these wires I greatly appreciate everyone's help.
Wanted to let you all know I figured it out the wire that were twisted and crimp with the wire nut are the fuel pump power and negative , I removed all the wires that was done by the previous owner and redone it al back ton c he factory state.
Here's full electrical wiring diagram for 1995 supra 2jzge and 2jzgte. Might be slightly different since it's off 95 but mostly will be the same. Moderators please don't take this down yet. Want him to get this diagram before you guys take it down. Thanks.
What he had done was cut the fuel pump plug from the factory harness and fuel pump and was powering from the fuse panel , took all that crap out and wiredbit per factory diagram (Thanks Brucelee28) all that the previous owner did that because of a faulty fuel pump controller, cut the black/red stripe wire and the solid green from the fuel pump controller soldered and heat shrink and done deal working perfectly.
