Default Harmonic balancer alignment

Hello all, I've done the timing belt on a 95 sc400 for my lady. I'm having an issue fitting the crank pulley back on and and getting it aligned with the woodruff key. I got it back on but it was hard to slide back on and it isn't lining up with the key on the crank.

Is there something I am missing?

Please help, thank you.

Did you clean the shaft and pulley id completely before re-installing? What do you mean by it wont line up with woodruff key?
