I am having zero luck with this cig lighter i have ran a seperate power line from the kick panel fuse box straight to the cig lighter and the ground is still good and i have no power at all the fuses are good even the one under the cig lighter i dont know what else to do

 

is there a penny in the cig lighter? probably not in this case but I would start with verifying that the wire you ran and the ground you have are good with a multi-meter or tester or even a 12V bulb. if you are getting 12v across them it should work unless the base socket part is broken or out of shape etc. etc.

 

Does your AC work? Does your external Temperature sensor work? All these I believe are using the same fuse.
Check your fuses (under driver side kick panel). I'm sure there is one there burnt.
