clutch pedal creak and bypass?
Pretty sure its part of the pedal assy making this sound, like it is the interior, even if i press the pedal 1/8 it starts to creak so not really pushing hard on the pressure plate etc
I dripped some oil around the pivots did not really help..going to buy the spray lithium so I can apply it better?
Also I couldn't find a how to on starting the car without pressing the clutch.. does anyone know how?
I did see a switch with wire pointing towards the rear of the car, I assume maybe you ground that wire or something?
Try the lithium grease. That usually helps.
Neutral start switch is the one on the clutch pedal. Remove wires from the switch and connect together.

The pedal assembly has many parts I lubed most of them but I think I didn't get the top one yet

there are only 2 switches on the pedal assembly, one of them at the top towards the firewall has a grey plug.
you unplug it, and then use a jumper to connect the 2 wires together and this will bypass clutch on startup on a 5 spd harness.
if I nudge the pedal sideways without pressing down, it creaks already.. Didn't put grease on the rod and it looks clean.
Oh well, it might be as good as it gets until I replace the bushing and the plastic spring holder.
.
probably something down there is worn, could very well be the bushing, spring, or holder in the whole mechanism.
