Default Found a vacuum hose unhooked that goes into my vsv

Ok guys so I have been getting a code 25 system too lean. Checked for vacuum leaks. I have found three so far. The last one I found was the vac hose that hoes from the throttle body to the vsv. It was completely disconnected from the valve. Could this ruin my gas mileage and cause it to be a wee bit sluggish. I have not got to drive it yet but I did start it and let it idle for a bit and it seems that the idle has stabled out buttery smooth. Can't wait to take it for a spin.
