I have decided I am going to tow the car to a shop that specializes in Toyota Supra's to take a look at it for me. Going to be dropping it off on Wednesday. I have replaced as much as I can on my end. If it turns out to be the head gasket, looks like it will be time to start looking for a 2jz/1jz swap or do a build up on the NA block.

With a manual? Now you're talking! Ya, sounds to me like the eadgasket might be it, if the ECU didn't do it for you.

This is very disheartening.

its odd you are now still getting all the same codes plus a air fuel ratio code.
I can't figure out if its electrical or mechanical. maybe disconnect the 2 connectors in the bay for the o2 sensors, reset the ecu, and see how long it takes before the smokeshow.
compression test is not a bad idea but not sure those codes = bhg. does your coolant temp start to skyrocket at all.

No all engine vitals seem okay...its doesnt overheat one bit...After i reset the ECU the codes went away....But it still wont idle right it just instantly dies on startup and the exhaust smells extremely rich....Why do you think I got the huge plume of white smoke all of a sudden?

If it was electrical...it would be very hard to trace it down I imagine

Let it idle in driveway for an hr or so....went and took it for a ride and from 3k-4k rpm it was going really slow through the rpm range.

After doing several pulls up and done the road from dead stop through 1,2,3 gears up to 6K rpm and would come to a complete stop and let it idle which it did fine it is still pretty low around 400-500 rpm at idle

I looked underneath and noticed the cats on the header and the mid cat where had a little bit of smoke coming off of them as if they were getting really hot.

Could this be that the cats may be clogged somewhat and are restricting exhaust flow and creating back pressure of some sort.?

It only struggles when driving it at 3k-4k rpm. I can sit there and rev it all day up to red line no problem when it is parked and in neutral.

If the Cats are red hot, they are clogged. If you're deperate today, what you can do is remove the Y-pipe and look inside the cats. If the honeycomb is somewhat melted across restricting airflow and o2 reading, your cats will need to be replaced.
