Engine block coolant drain plug
I removed a brass plug from the rear passenger side of the engine block but no coolant came flowing out. Is there a brass plug back there not for coolant? Does coolant sit that low inthe engine that none would flow without the engine running? This is on a 95 sc300

Update:
This is the block drain plug. I had to stick a screwdriver in the hole and scrape out a bunch of crap and the redpowder water came flowing out. For what its worth this block drain plug was easy to remove, only had to remove intake piping and the exhuast heat shield.

Here is another picture of the location if anybody is having trouble. This picture is with the bolt already out. In the pic the drain hole appears directly above the O2 sensor.
