Im wondering if 400-450whp is possible using the factory fuel lines. The car is a 92 sc300 na-t. I have a walbro 255lph fuel pump with an aeromotive FPR. I know that i saw a DIY upgrading the fuel line from the tank to the engine for an is300 but i cannot find that link. Any info would be great.

Yes it is possible and safe, many guys on the forum have been doing so for years. Unless ur running some crazy multiple fuel pump super high pressure fuel system to match the air from a turbo that can yield ur engine probably 1000+ horsepower.
Get the fuel dampener bypass from DM and you will have enough fuel for mid 500 hp. My car with one 255, Fuel dampener bypass and 750cc injectors made 536@18psi on pump gas.. 93 sc300.
