Lets talk intake manifold...
My gasket has a leak and since I will need to pull the manifold. To me this sounds like a good time for an easy boost in power. Does anyone sell a better flowing intake manifold? If not would a port and polish be possibly/add power and be an asset to fi in the future?

there might be some for the supra counterpart that would fit if you can bother looking for them i assume your sc is n/a? and polishing isnt a bad idea might even give add a bit of power but still costly. you are better off going with a custom manifold if you can find one or just staying stock.

There isn't much out there about intake manifolds other than a couple front facing style ones. Apparently by doing that you lose power, or there are no gains....looks like the best option would be port and polish. Anyone have the specs, or some examples of a p n p stock intake?

One of the main reasons you lose power is having to remove the butterfly in the manifold which creates low end torque, I believe its called the acis system. You could take the time and port and polish your manifold, if you do please take many pics and share with us.
Though the gains wont be huge those are some of the little intricate things that contributes to a solid running car.
I would go with a simple gasket match port and polish as far as you can

There is no better intake manifold than the n/a setup for n/a applications. The whole design with the even long runners and the ACIS valve is what makes the 2jzge so zippy. you could do a basic port on the runners but it would be minimal at best. Just take it apart clean everything down new gaskets and enjoy.
also take the opportunity to change your plugs while you have the intake off.
