i learned when i worked at dealership. take cams off motor, put air in cylinder i used a compression tester hose, just remove shrader valve and put your compressor hose to it. while thats going on you grap a 12mmsocket, may b bigger i cant remember exact, put grease on the inside of it and put and extension on it, place over keeper and wack with hammer the grease will hold the keepers. pull spring out, remove old seal with needle nose pliers or spark plug wire pliers.install new seal with 10mm socket light tap u can feel it click in place reinstall spring, to reinstall keepers u need a special tool that will make it very easy to install. u basically push on the spring and the keepers fall in place then put it all back together

this will be an issue if you burn up all of your oil. just keep an eye on your oil level and you'll be fine. may need to add a quart every once in a while. i have the same problem on my sc. I'm piecing together a turbo kit and now i'm stuck between boosting it on low boost and hoping for the best or pulling and rebuilding the head but then $$$$ starts to add up
