7m-gte exhaust manifold vs 2jz-gte

would a 7m-gte exhaust manifold fit onto a 2jz-gte motor? is the spacing between exhaust ports the same? what about exhaust port size/diameter?
I apologize if this has already been covered, I just couldnt find it
