Yes ! all you have to do is replace the flange that bolts the driveshaft to the diff, and put the old one from your old diff on the SC430 diff.
I like the 3.26 because I am always on the highway , i had 3.92 it was great but i was always breaking stuff ,power came on too harsh imo.
Another great setup is the 3.62 from the LS400 it's very nice.
I have never tried the 3.76 so i can't comment on that .

How hard is it to change the companion flange from the one to the other??

It's a great combo, but it's not the best for fuel economy and higher speeds, because the cruising RPMs are relatively high IMO at highway speeds.

^^^^^ED (lexforlife) has the same setup as yours. I was breaking stuff let and right on car with the 3.92 so i figure the 3.76 is not too far from it.
Casey you need a 35mm deep socket to remove the big nut and swap the flanges! and you will need an impact if the diff is of the car.

Cool!
Like i said if you like better mpg, and only do hwy pulls , it's a perfect setup.
I am used to that gear ratio , i can't see myself going back to the shorter gears.
I hope you like.
