Rear Bulb Out Indicator ON...

Rear Bulb Out Indicator ON...
So my rear bulb indicator is stuck on. When I first turn the car on, start it, whatever, it doesn't light until I step on the brakes. I completely checked the bulbs in the rear and they all work.
Is there anyone known grounding issues? All the lights light up evenly in intensity and stuff.
Now just today I noticed that the wing on my SC300 is different than those I saw at the local pick'n pull yards which looked the same however the third brake light on my wing is all LED's; you can see the LED's visibly thru the red lens cover and the cover itself is held on by a few screws visible from looking under. Not sure if this is a factory wing or aftermarket. But if it is aftermarket, I would assume the LED's are not consuming as much power as a regular bulb so it's triggering the bulb out indicator... If so, anyway around this?

use a load resistor like this, common issue on bmw and others
http://www.ebay.com/itm/14-pcs-6ohm-...sories&vxp=mtr
ps don't buy that unless you need 14 of them

That indicator is to show that there's a bulb out somewhere, not just in the rear. I'm having the same problem and have checked every bulb I can think of, but the damn light is on and has been since I've owned the car. I read somewhere that using parts store bulbs instead of OEM bulbs can fool the indicator into thinking there's a bulb out because of different resistance. Dunno if that's true or not.
