Default Misfiring under heavy load!!

i have done alot of serched on this but couldnt come up with a proper solution so im posting it here..when i start the car i can hear a very slight miss..the other day i wanted to have some fun with the car and when i rev it to max it doesnt wanna go all the way up.misfires pretty bad when revved higher.but under 4k- 5k powerband it runs perfect.i have checked for vacuum leaks.,top ign coil has been replaced.i have also disconnected one coil to check other and my other coil performs the same as the new one.so far i have changed the spark plugs, wires, caps rotors etc..im waiting to change the fuel fiter as i found out its the original denso filter from the factory and thats kinda pretty old...does anyone have any other ideas?

If it's the original filter, it could be full of junk so replacing that may help. But a plugged filter will make your fuel pump work harder and it may also be failing. See what happens after you replace the filter.
