Default help troubleshoot for spark 2jz ge

so i have a 2jz ge motor (came from 93 sc300) and i put it in my 240sx s13. problem is i have no spark. i get about 12v to coilpack, and about 6v out to dizzy. i have no power to the dizzy plug nor does it have ground on the black wire. i have wiring diagrams and the red, yellow, and blue wires from the dizzy plug go straight to the ecu and they dont have power but i know im sending power to my ecu through pinout 33 being constant, 31 and 32 and 1 being switched. 24 being ground and on ij1 connector pin 3 and 7 i added switched power. and also the black ground doesnt ground out as i put a voltage tester to power and touch it to the black wire and it doesnt light up. so... maybe bad ignitor that completes the circuit? any suggestions will be noted and tried. (besides bringing my car to the junkyard). please and thank you. -erik

Ninja, ever figure this out. I swapped in a low mileage 2jzge in my 95 sc300. Should of been a straight plug n play, but no spark. New coil, cap, rotor. Wires are measured by volt meter-good. I don't have a check engine light though. Even when I join TE1 and E1 I have no check engine light. Bad ECU? How do you check igniter. I'm trying to clean all grounding spots. Kinda going from one thing to another...
