When I saw the title to this thread (specifically the "going under the knife part) I thought this was gonna be another 1uz getting gutted and swapped to 2jz. Thank God it isn't.
Who did it belong to, is he a member here, and why the hell haven't I heard of this till now?

The piping and exhaust work is very well done. He is good.

Thanks guys, I will post more pix of the car and setup soon!!!
I rebuilt the turbo last night. All it needed was the front seal. But why not, i changed everything and cleaned it all up...
LOL, yea man, it feels weird being back after like 2 years!
This car is not going to get into that power range. Yall should have got beat by my IS when i had it LOL.
But we dont have to wait. Lets get a race setup at the track with a GTO me and my dad just finished!

I don't know which is nicer -- the car itself or the fact that it's a turbo v8. Even without the fun under the hood it looks beautiful. V8 + boost + manual trans = great driving experience.
