Stage 3 Clutch recommendations?!
'97 SC300 with 110000mi and the clutch is just starting to go. I do drive a bit aggressively sometimes so I'm not shocked. Question is, which is the best stage-3 to put in it? I'm planning a NA-T upgrade sometime (unless I come into money, and then I'm getting a GTE) and looking for around 400+ HP. I don't fancy changing the clutch twice.
Some of the clutches I've been hearing about are:
Clutch Masters FX300
ACT (but which model?)
Exedy (out of my price range, I think)
RPS - Sport Clutch 6-puck w/ springs
I don't really care about the clutch pedal being a little harder and I'm planning on installing a FIDANZA flywheel along with it. However, I am running a W58 tranny and don't want to be shocking the crap out of it every time I pull off from a light a little heavy.

I have been driving on a SPEC stage 3+ for right around ~900 miles now. They make one for the w58 that handles 465ft-lbs. I rememeber when SPEC first started out and it has really impressed me so far. I don't have much mileage on it so I can't comment on durability.
Fantastic feel and tolerates boost well. Also, has just about the same amount of slip in it as a stock clutch and the pressure plate is not much stiffer feeling. Very nice drive for a clutch that supposedly handles 620ft-lbs(for 1JZ anyway).
It's an absolute dream compared to the 7.25" Tilton cerametallic/carbon twin disk 6-puck on my other car. Very stock-like in feel.

I know the RPS or ClutchMasters Stage 3 will handle the torque. I'm probably going with the ClutchMaster unit - segmented kevlar and 110% over stock torque.
