Default HELP! white smoke

My sc is blowing white smoke from the exhaust when i start the car?
It doesn't happen everytime i start the car though.
I've been told it could be burning antifeeeze or oil.

sound like valve seals but it can be the power steering air control valve too.. when it goes bad it allows ps fluid to pass through the intake manifold and blow out the exhaust.

^ dead on. also double check colors, white is generally coolant, blueish is oil. if you start to notice it more and more frequently ie at stop lights, its a good indicator of valve seals. Id say drive it till it drives, 2js are too cheap to be bothered fixing when you could just swap/build on the side
