Default Pulling out the wiring harness through the firewall

Hey guys, I am in the process of a swap in my 97 sc300 and I am trying to pull out the wiring harness through the firewall. I noticed that the harness doesn't wanna come out. Is there any tips other than tug harder?

Dont try to pull them out all at once, try and do one to three of them, they should come right through. Mine did with ease. Try to do the ECU ones first, then the other ones. Should be enough slack to pull through.

Go the the inside, and make sure all the connectors are separated and not in a ball/knot. You can fish them out individually too, like 1992Lexus said. Just keep monkeying with it and it will come out.

Thanks for the quick replies. The connectors are all unplugged. I have been trying to pull them all out at once. I will try pulling out the 3 main ECU connectors and then the others.
