Default HELP!! New engine swap ideas!

I just recently got a 92' sc300 with a stock 2jz ge motor but the problem is, the engine is a piece of ****. It has around 220K miles.
Im working on a budget so i would like to ask, what would be my best option for an engine swap?

Uh, I don't get it...you already have a 2jzgte engine in your SC-what's makes it a POS? Need a little more details, you could have some very basic and simple items to fix...can you post of some pics too?

I also have to agree.. Is the turbos smoked or what? Leaking oil? blue or whuite smoke out of the exhaust? These motors are pretty much bullet proof with the proper maintence and care.. More details and pictures please.

Its a STOCK 2jz ge non turbo.19 year old motor with over 220k+ miles and its ahd some wear and tear such as blown head gasket. I would have to rebuild the engine or i would endup popping the motor.

Sooo...im thinking about swapping this POS with another 2jz gte but with twin turbo.
I already have the tranny in the car so all i will need is the motor, ecu and wiring harness.
Anyone and any other suggestions?

looooooooooooooooooooooool.

Basically, you should just swap a B16 in it. It will give you better gas mileage, that's for sure.

alright, since the trolling has commenced:
2jzgte motor is twin turbo, never came stock in an sc300 (and only came stock with twins)
2jzge (note the lack of a "T" in there) came stock in an sc300.
Sorry guys, my eyes were bleeding.
