Default SC300 auto to manual swap Q&A

Hello CL, I'm in the process of converting my 1992 auto SC300 to a W58 I bought from a friend and need some advice. First, I know that driftmotion sells a kit for a pedal conversion, has anyone used the kit for the MKIV supra on an SC? Because the kit for the SC is about 150 more so if I can I would rather use the supra one. Second, I think I need the front half of the SC manual driveshaft and reuse the rear half of the auto shaft, can anyone confirm this? Again this is for a W58. Third, I'm planning on swapping ecu's so would I need a manual harness or would it just pnp? Fourth will the auto tranny mount work for the W58 or would I need a manual mount? I'm sure there's more I need to know, Its late and I'm kinda tired, but can anyone please answer ASAP

Try searching,

Check out my 5spd thread.

You can use supra pedals but its a PITA to line up.
Front half of manual driveshaft is needed
No need to swap ECU
Yes the auto tranny mount works.

I have searched and no one seems to address the pedal issue, great news on the driveshaft because I got a stock manual front half from a buddy. Thanks sc300jz! Anyone else have any advice on the issue?

I had mk4 clutch pedal on my car it works just the SC300 one! no modification require it's PNP.

MK4 brake pedal will not work i tried it and i realise it will never work , just save yourself the hassle and the time get the SC300 parts and be done with run around.
