Default 2jzge vvti in SC300, GS300, and IS300?

Does anyone know if the 2jzge vvti in the is300 and gs300 is the same as the one in the +98 sc300? would it be a straight drop in?

If not how are they different/parts?

The IS300's have traction control and such, my car doesn't, but maybe a few do? The IS300 also uses a different MAF. Otherwise I would say the motors are fairly similar.
