Help with AEM FIC 6 1jzgte SC400
I have searched for hours looking for the information i need. i purchased the car with the FIC install, well to find it is partailly installed. Its a mess with only 1 2 3 injectors wired in. and i see no O2 sensor wired in either. I am also dealing with the the rewired 1jz swap too. i checked to maps and only the map fuel trim had inputs. the car was never dyno tuned. it still runs good and strong on 12 pounds and other mods. i couldnt see the FC being able to do anything with no O2 or injectors 4 5 6 not wired in so im thinking it running of the stock ecu still. If anyone has any information on any 1zjgte (jzz30) and AEM FIC 6, wiring diagrams, directions, maps, ect....... i would greatly appreciat it.

Well~ You seem to have a mess on your hands. First you should google 1jzgte ecm diagram to get an idea of where to start. You will find more than one 1j ecu diagram, don't worry, if you follow the wiring out of the pcm conector you can find out which one to use. It is best to search your 1j ecu #'s. You will need to rewire three if the fuel injectors to the F/IC. The fic's injector drivers will burn up running batch fire (seems to have been a problem with the 1j's) It is fairly simple to run three wires from the fic to the injectors and rewire the factory three to only control three. (I will find some more info and post it up in a few)
I will post up a new thread with my 2jzge fic install with the diagrams and the directions in the next week or so when I have mine dialed in.

that seems odd that its running fine like that at 12lbs of boost if it was really missing 3 injectors.
I believe the older 1j'z use batch fire injection, that could explain why there are only 3 wires at the ecu. if thats the case its normal, 2 injectors are paired together to make 3 sets = 6 working injectors.

i have already looked up the ecu pinout. there is only 3 injector pins so its a batch fire system. i cant use the ecu number because the sticker with the number is too faded to see. im almost sure it a soarer ecu because its a 4 pins high connectors going into the ecu. all the other where only 2 high. i would like to see i wiring diagram of one of our guy's setup. all the help is greatly appreciated.

^I will get them up shortly. As for the batch fire, you will use 6 outputs going to the injectors and three to the ecu from the f/ic.
I have two 1j's and I will get you a pic of both. One is a jdm mk3 setup and the other ~who knows?

sorry for no resent responses been very busy. (work) i have the soarer ecu and it is running a batch fire ijectors. i have had the car for over a year with no problems with the drivers burning out yet. when i get enough time to tear the harness out i will be rewiring those injectors. i still cant tune using the the o2 map. i have research online i cant find how people got their o2 maps set up to be able to tune with it. if any body has i tune for a 1jzgte and can send it so i can see/play around with it, that would help.

I've been searching for something to. I need schematic for the ecm itself. Does anyone have this info? Also, were are the injector drivers in the ecm? What do they look like? How many are there?
