Default Any advice? hard start, no acceleration

Hey guys, recently bought a automatic SC300 with a NA-T setup on it, it has been running great the last few months since i bought it.

for the last couple weeks though its really hard to start, i have to crank it and hold it a few seconds, sometimes that still won't do it and i have to try two or three times. Then it will start and run rough for a min or two then smooth out..

for normal driving it seems okay, but if you try and put the pedal to the metal it bogs down and it will only go to 2 or 3 psi and the rpms get hung up around 4k.. it almost feels like it's pulling a anchor once you punch it..

I'm not seeing any smoke at all, a friend has replaced a bunch of stuff for me but still no luck.. did a full tune up, plugs/wires/fuel filter. not for sure what else to try.
