On crank up Gas smoke fills the air !!!

How can I fix this issue it seems to dump heavy fuel to the point that the smoke is blinding...Now once it warms up the smoking stops, but there is still a smell of gas present at idle.
I have changed:
-The coolant temp sensor (the OD light has now stopped blinking)
-I have a code 27 (secondary oxygen sensor) I dont know which to change (im on a budget).
-The computer...Im not sure if this is a part or the actual problem. I bought one from ebay. When I use either the original one, or the ebay one I get the same result.
any advice would be appreciated !!!

would help to know year and engine, but my service manual for 1uz V8 states; code 27= left bank sub oxygen sensor heater shorted or open/ or weak output.
code 29= right bank sub oxygen sensor...
sub= after catalytic
At cold start=open loop, ox sensors aren't in the loop.
Hope someone else can help with rich condition, never seen one go that rich. Good luck.

1992 sc 300 2jz is it the same as the v8?
