Default Hold the exhaust please....

Well my egr is stuck open and I have done a lot of research into making the block off plate and what not but, I don't know the most effective way to get to it. I am at school so the less the better.

What is the best/fastest way to get access to the EGR? Thanks

IMO, from what I have read and by looking at my SC, the easiest way would be to remove the "Y" pipe on the intake.
