Here's a little update with some pics too. My reverse lights work and even the R lights up in my dash, thanks Dr. Tweak. Now I just need to fix the pesky abs light and seems like my power steering isnt working, seems a little tight. Should I have swapped power steering back to the original oem one? I am still waiting on my spacers for my wheels. On to the new pics:

Nice man! Looks like you'll be good to go once you get those spacers on! Did you try bleeding the power steering and checking for leaks? I tried bleeding mine over and over again and the culprit turned out to be a leaky hose.

Look's good man, try bleeding the rack. Lift up the front, engine off, turn lock to lock slowly, and repeat that 4 times, start car, turn wheel right all the way to lock, hold for 3 sec, turn wheel left lock same thing. You repeat this entire process several times. It's a pita to do.

Hmm...I spy a Supermoto in the last picture

I sold mine to finance the 1jz swap..

thanks guys, I am trying to make it to you guys levels. I will try to bleed the steering and I hope that works. I am using the power steering set up that came with my 1jz. Also do you guys have this ABS issue that I am having or does yours work fine?

My ABS has been out since the swap too. At first I thought it was just a blown fuse or bad relay or something, and haven't bothered to fix it, but now I'm starting to wonder.....

ABS? who cares.. downshift in addition to braking and you are fine.. Or just pump away at the brakes.. VIOLA!...

btw to the OP - what part of NY are you in? It is cool if you don't want to answer. I know how us NYC'ers are about details like that. lol

if u send out your harness to Dr. Tweak just remind him to fix your reverse lights and abs which i forgot to do and you should be fine. Also remind him of the tach adaptor.

How does your car feel when braking at high speeds or sudden stops?

Cause if its not to bad than i just wont worry about it. but i did want to get the light off my dash board

It's not too bad without ABS except when it's rainy. I've only locked up the brakes twice in the last year. Once while autocrossing in the rain, and once when I hit a patch of gravel on a backroad. I'm not in Colorado in the winter anymore, so I'm not too concerned. Since you're in NY though, I would definitely advise you to look into it...I used my ABS all the time in the snow.
