Hey 1jz or 2jz swapers,

Are yo able to get your abs and or trac control working with your jdm swapped engine?

If so I wanted to know what have you guys done with your abs and traction control units that came with your car but not your jdm engine?

Did you hook up the box with 2 of the 3 plugs( did your abs work?)

did you leave the abs/trac control unit out?

Did you get the unit that only had abs and no trac control and hook that up?

Let me know what you guys did!

I think it's the wiring because the ABS never worked on 92 nor when i swapped the engine the 95 Sc so it's wiring related ,Ryan V doesn't have the ABS light on .
It's should have worked on my 92 since i had ABS but no TRC but it didn't.
I am not even worry about it now cause i can't seems to find any fix for the issue.

I have no abs light. ABS works. 1jzgte with out traction control on my engine. Im pretty sure its in the harness or maybe the components re slightly differant. shouldnt be to hard to find.try swappin the oem stuff to your 1jz. or find the values that the oem parts have. then compare the two. If u have the traction on the car and the motor it should work.

Thanks I might give this a try. Do we need the DM part for this to work on the R154? It sells for 155 plus shipping... small price to pay for this thing to work correctly..
