I don't know about all that. Why not go with the company that offers the best product for the price?

I'm wondering how heavy the exhaust systems are compared to the stock. Has anyone bought an exhaust and had it shipped? If so, what was the shipping weight?

But that's for the V8; surely it weighs a little bit more than the 300.

Damn guys,

I read and read everything I can find on exhausts. I want to put something on my SC4, but I do not know what. I like the quietness of the stock mufflers, but could go a little louder as long as it sounded good. I think the Magnaflows are a little too loud. The Borla sounds great, but I cannot warrant spending that much on an axle-back.

I cannot find any decent places in Tulsa that could custom do my exhaust. Apparently they are all morons here!! Any ideas for less than $400??

Thx guys

Peace

If when you refer to they, you mean all people in Oklahoma, you are correct.

I was going to go there, but I decided OR would be a better move. 15 mins from Cali, all the benefits of Cali, but none of the BS.
I don't get to move though until I finish school next year

I know this thread is a bit dated but wanted to know if anyone else thought the borla after sounded a bit quieter than stock, albeit lower pitched?? Is it just me??

The clip that you were referring to was of a sc400. It sounds different on a sc300. The borlas on my car are a lot higher pitch than that. Also usually aftermarket exhausts have a lower and deeper tone to it.
