Default Ac compressor plug (3 wires) - anyone have a pinout?

Been scouring the forums and fsm, I'm trying to figure out what the 3 wires on the Ac compressor plug are- I'm assuming 1 12v constant, 1 signal from ecu?, 1 something else? anyone have a Pinout or diagram, or can explain to me what the plug is supposed to get? its the grey square connector - can take 4 wires total but only has 3 installed-

i need to wire this up to fill my ac so I can stop sweating :P

Default

ok, so brown is ground, only two others; one was power - other one is un-used

I switched power to the power wire (going into compressor) and now we have AC.
