Default 92 sc400 water pump? :(

I just got done driving around and I see a small puddle on the ground in front of the block and I can see water/antifreeze around the small pulley to the side, right under the thermostat housing and can feel wetness on the bottom side. It has 170k on it.The thermostat housing was replaced back in Sept/Oct after the old one warped. I havent noticed any strange sounds or it driving differently. What do you think it could be?

If its under the thermostat housing, then its problaly your thermostat again. You need to check it again to verify. If its your thermostat, apply a small amount of silicone around the housing and the thermostat. Its the black p[lastic part of the housing. This will assure you a good seal, after it dries. Make sure you use high temp sealant. If its your water pump, then I will help you even further. Check this link out... Hope this you out!
