Default Fuel system for 700rwhp 2jzge!...

Ok, i'm planning the next round of mods for my turbo sc300. i currently am only running a simple Vortech FMU..on completely stock fuel system and ecu. the motor is built with CP pistons, ARP headstuds, 1.3mm metal head gasket, 2jzgte oil pump, ACL race bearings. the head is completely stock besides being cleaned, resurfaced.

Turbo kit is Extreme Turbo systems pt61 turbo kit, 3" downpipe(may upgrade to 4") tial 44mm wastegate. blah blah.

these are the planned mods that i am certain about.

AEM EMS
Modded by DaveH(boostwerx) to run hall sensor
HKS DLi
Cam gears modded by DaveH for hall
COP setup, TT ignitor, etc.

what else should i need for 450-500rwhp?

Check driftmotion.com for the high impedence injectors, or low ones if you wish..

In that case, not much need to be done. One walbro pump, and 680 injector to give you some head room, should be enough...........

SAFC II only manipulates the signal up to +/- 50%, so around 500 cc is your limit with that. Personally, i wouldn't push the motor to 500 whp without the ability to control and retard timing, unless you're using a shiat load of alcohol injection to keep detonation suppressed, still risky. You going to have to research engine management a little more bro. Clubna-t.com is your best bet for now.......

Ummm, if you're set on screwing with the SAFC, you can try to run the LS400 MAF and do some calculations, not sure if somebody attempted this yet, but this's what i planned on then i knew better......

damn EMS, lol...guess 500rwhp still cheapens it up quite a bit. while still going with AEM ****.

I see you edited your post to include that you're buying the EMS, good call.

If you don't want to spend the money on the EMS (which you should, honestly) then look into the MAP ECU2 before you would an SAFC. The MAP ECU2 allows you to control timing as well as a pretty decent MAP v. RPM fuel map, and has a built in 2-step and electronic boost control. It's a neat unit at around half the cost of an EMS.

But really, if you spent the money to build what looks like a pretty nice setup with your engine, the EMS especially with the distributorless setup you have listed would be a good way to go. If you're not on ClubNA-T then sign up for sure, I look forward to seeing the progress on your car.
