Default Supra TT LSD...

Does anyone know the stock Supra TT LSD is a 1 way LSD, 1.5 LSD...etc? I know it's not a 2 way LSD, otherwise, it's preferred over the TRD LSD. I can't find anywhere that's mentioned this is a 1 way or 1.5 way. All I know it's a torque sensing LSD. I'll be putting it in my SC400 and I'm not sure if it'll match the SC400 gearing. Thanks.

I have the 4.08 Torsen Supra diff in my Soarer and it's great. Has increased open road RPM's by about 200 or so at 100kph/60mph.

Not sure if the 1.5way rating works on the Torsens as they are a completely different design to the clutch based LSD's.

Mine is the early version Torsen and the later ones are slightly different and will provide a complete lockup even with one wheel in the air which the earlier one won't.

Matt.

I read that there're 2 types of Supra LSD from 93-98. One is for the TT and the other is for the NA, which is rare and it matches the gear ratio of the SC better. Did you max out the speedometer with the LSD?
