Default Sc400 Tranny Conversion

So, i've noticed a few of the 1uz adapter plates for the R154, what numbers in terms of 1/4 mile and such would the sc400 achieve? I always wondered this because of course the sc400 has always been auto, would it make a good amount of difference in speed or not?

Probably closer to 200-210ish...

they are 250 hp from the factory, then figure 15-18% drivetrain loss through a manual trans... or about 25% for an auto, which equates to about 185-190, which is where most healthy SC400's dyno...
