Default Resetting check engine light

i was messing with my maf and tb this morning, and i went to turn it on and the check engine light was on, is there a fuse to pull to reset this or what can i do to reset this. thanks

Disconnect the battery for 30 seconds.

That means you forgot to plug one of the plugs in your engine bay.

1. pop the hood

2. remove cover from the engine bay fuse panel on the driver side fender behind the battery(2 screws)

3. locate the 30 amp EFI fuse and pull it out.

4. wait at least 10 seconds

5. replace fuse and youre good to go

****. So i did the efi fuse removal and the check engine light is still on...however it only goes on when i let off the gas...idle is good at around 500 when in drive...any ideas?

do a search on running a diagnostics test on your car. see what the codes it pulls up. if its something random and you pull the fuse and the check engine light never comes back then w/e but if its comes back soon or right away its probably something important that you should get checked out.

Thanks for the replys. also noticed that when i turn on the ac the cars idle jumps to 1k then when i turn off the ac the car dies completely.

when you were messing with your maf and tb you didn't touch the wire/heating element (I am unsure how these cars have the MAF) on the maf did you? or spray anything on it? if so you might want to try some MAF cleaner on it.

didnt touch or spray it. Looked clean. Ill try that first. Just weird to me how the light only goes on when ilet off the gas.

sprayed the maf with maf cleaner, reset the battery.....cel still only comes on when im off the gas and the car seems to stumble a lil bit off the line or at lower rpms between 500-2k
