Okay,
I am trying to confirm the answer to this question because I've gotten mix answers from reading various threads. If I am using 1997 Supra TT motor mounts, and I am swapping in a 1jz-gte motor, do I need to get the brackets for it as well? I was told by someone who did the swap that he needed the brackets too, but several people have posted on this forum from before that they should be the same on both the 1jz and 2jz, so it's not needed.
If I do need the brackets, could somebody hook me up with the part number for those, I couldn't find the exact ones that was needed.

Compare the length of the mounts to the ones in your 2jz and compare the length of the brackets between the two. If they are the same then you're good to go. If the brackets are different lengths, you can always use the brackets from the 2jz if they are the right size to complement the mounts.
