Thought do you have the air on everytime you turn your car on? Cause the a/c clutch makes a clicking noise everytime it engages. Have it off and see if the sound goes away. It might be that.

nope everytime i start my car now for the past few weeks.

my p/s always leaks though... sometimes it overflows im guessing cause some are left on top of the can under the cap. [on the lip i would say]

How do you know its coming from the power steering? Is the clicking at idle or when you move your steering wheel? Does it go away when the car is warmed up?
Also, might want to check all your fluid levels. If you're low on oil the valves can make a clicking sound as well.

i can feel the can on p/s tick with the clicks. ill record it soon. and yes fluids are all good. when at idle its low, raise the rpms and it goes faster clicks. and at parked. i turn my wheel its loud. as if theres no p/s...

Maybe the drive belt is wearing or one of the pulleys.
