iv swapped a few sc300's to 1jz/2jz's but for the sc400 what has to be changed for the aristo 2jz to work?

i know i will need the sc300 motor mounts, tt rear sump oil pan but mainly my biggest concern is the wiring harness should i just have my friend buy a 1jz ecu and wiring harness?
