1jz egr issue
I tried to pass inspection today but failed to do so becuase i believe my egr system. low end failed but top end passed. to pass it needed 853 but I got a reading of 1929. Is there a possible way to fixing this issue easily? please let me know. Thanks -Mike

jdm motors dont have egr systems. to pass emissions there are several things you can try to do.
try these:
1) go somewhere where you know someone to "help" you pass
2) get your car retuned just so you can pass emissions and then retune it to normal. i know one of the guys at Touge Factory had to turn back his ignition and fuel to pass with an S13. and that was a sniffer. it would never pass on rollers
3) around here we dont have emissions for OBD1 cars anymore but when we did and you had coilovers and/or a body kit you would come to the test station and tell them to be very careful to put the car on rollers because it has very expensive parts and they will be responsible for repairs. most people would small their cars to where it would be almost impossible to put it on the rollers. the guys that work there would usually let it slide and do an idle sniffer test.
good luck.
