Default Help with idle problem

I just did my valve cover gaskets and spark plugs. The car ran perfectly before doing any of this. My problem is now that the car is together, it doesn't run right. Seems fine when you're driving but when its parked and idling it surges.

I can hear a weird beep coming from the tank all the way on the passenger side firewall. I just can't tell if any lines are mixed around or not.

Could any of the throttle cables be messed up?

Check and make sure all your vacuum lines are secure and in place. Also make sure they are not cracked or broken anywhere.
